Arrive on time

Your pick-up time is important. If your flight is delayed, please inform us immediately. This may be subject to double delivery, and charges may apply.

What to bring

• Driver's License - Each driver must present a valid driver’s license.

• Passport or National ID - Each driver must present a valid passport or national ID.

• Cash or Credit Card - Pay the remaining balance via cash or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are processed through our PayPal invoice and may be subject to a 6% transaction fee to cover PayPal’s charges.

Refundable deposit

Deposit amount: P3,000

The main driver is required to leave a ₱3,000 refundable security deposit in cash. Please note that the rental provider may or may not request a refundable security deposit depending on your destination.

₱3,000 security deposit is approximately the average amount in Palawan.

How to book in advance

Submit booking request

Step 1: Choose your preferred vehicle and fill out your booking details. Make sure your email, WhatsApp number, and full name are correct - your country is used to set the WhatsApp country code.

Once you're done, click Submit Request.

Confirm booking details

Step 2: We will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your booking details and send you the quotation.

You can fully customize your booking during this conversation.

Reservation fee

Step 3: Pay the reservation fee via GCash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. For foreign clients, the most common method is a PayPal invoice sent directly to your email address.

Please don’t forget to send us a copy of the payment receipt for reference.
