What are the requirements?

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a valid ID, and a signed contract upon vehicle release.

Do I need an international driver’s license?

Foreign tourists may use their home country’s driver’s license if it’s in English. Otherwise, an international driver’s license is recommended.

How to confirm my booking?

To confirm your booking, fill out the online form, pay the reservation fee, and email us your payment receipt.

Is there a mileage limit?

All cars come with unlimited mileage as long as you meet the minimum rental requirement.

What if my flight is delayed?

Kindly inform us of your new arrival time as-soon-as-possible, and we’ll adjust your pick-up schedule.

Do you deliver and pick up the car?

Yes, the car will be delivered and picked up at your location, anywhere in Puerto Princesa City proper. For areas outside the city, including El Nido, Port Barton, San Vicente, a flat-rate fee applies.

Payment methods?

We accept cash, bank transfer, GCash, PayPal, and other major online payment methods. Please note that PayPal and credit card payments are subject to an additional 6% transaction fee.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, please contact us in advance to extend your booking. This is subject to availability and approval to avoid booking conflicts.

Fuel policy

Gas is not included in the rental. If you receive the car with two bars of fuel, please return it with the same amount fuel.

Pickup & delivery fees?

Pickup and delivery within Puerto Princesa City proper cost ₱300–₱400, plus a required car wash fee of ₱200–₱300.

How much is the driver’s fee, and how long is the service?

The driver’s fee is ₱1,500 for a 24-hour period. For out-of-town trips, the renter is responsible for the driver’s accommodation and meals.

Can I rent a car in Puerto Princesa and drop it off in El Nido, or vice versa?

Yes, you can. The drop-off fee is a flat rate of ₱6,500. If both the pick-up and drop-off are in El Nido, the fee is ₱13,000.
